It is important that pupils, parents and staff expect high standards of behaviour. At Meldrum Academy we encourage such an expectation through the promotion of mutual respect and cooperation within a supportive school environment. The effective management of behaviour is a collective responsibility of all staff and pupils, and cooperation in this will help ensure that the school is a pleasant and safe place for all.
As a school we operate a system of positive behaviour management and we are currently working to develop our use of restorative practices across the Academy and cluster.
