S2 Home Economics

You’ll have heard the saying – ‘oh young folk today, can’t even boil and egg’!  Well let us say that Meldrum Academy S2 pupils absolutely can! Their lessons recently saw them taking two eggs and some bread to toast and they boiled, scrambled, poached, fried, made omelettes and French toast – most –  to perfection!
